BREAKFAST WITH SANTA

Across four dates in December, we delivered an immersive Breakfast with Santa experience with three sessions per day Each session accommodated a maximum of 50 children, ensuring an intimate and engaging atmosphere. In total, all 600 tickets were sold, with 571children attending.

On arrival guests were met by our team of elves who checked in all guests and gave out the breakfast boxes. Shortly afterwards Santa Claus himself arrived on the mall and met the children with stories and photos, and dedicated event staff were on hand to ensure every child’s needs were met, helping to create a memorable and joyous occasion for everyone.

A wholesome breakfast was provided, with options carefully curated to accommodate various allergies, ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of every child. Each breakfast box consisting of 5 items including a drink, healthy snack and sweet treats In addition to receiving breakfast, Santa gave each child an age-appropriate present, making every child feel special.

In November we began building excitement for the return of Breakfast with Santa, using a mix of branded stills, previous event footage and fun, trend-led reels to get the message out.

Before tickets went live, we tapped into the huge amount of interest already building on our channels. We created a reel using real messages from followers asking when tickets would be released, which helped show just how popular the event is and kept people watching for updates.

As soon as tickets went live, we followed up with clear, festive posts and reels announcing that booking was open. These included all key details and a strong push to book early, as spaces always go quickly. Throughout the first week, we continued to update followers that tickets were selling fast, keeping momentum going and encouraging people to secure their spots.

Overall, the content helped drive high engagement and quick uptake, reinforcing Breakfast with Santa as one of The Broadways most loved festive experiences.

Breakfast with Santa was a great success in December, with all tickets selling out, once again highlighting its popularity as part of The Broadway’s festive programme. The strong interest built ahead of the event carried through to bookings, with families keen to secure places early.

The event was well received by attendees, with a number of positive comments and festive photos shared on social media. Feedback highlighted the enjoyable atmosphere and overall experience, helping to extend awareness of the event beyond those who attended.

Overall, the sell-out event and encouraging feedback demonstrated the ongoing appeal of Breakfast with Santa and its value within the December marketing activity.
