ASSISTED MOVE Assisted Move is a service offered by the Sheldon Bosley Knight Group. It allows you to reserve your new home whilst selling your current one. We help make the process faster and smoother. You get to choose the home of your dreams and Assisted Move gives you some time to sell your current one, relieving the pressure and stress and giving you peace of mind that your sale is being taken care of.

HOW IT WORKS 1. THE NEW HOME IS FOR YOU! Once you have chosen your plot, complete an Assisted Move application and a member of our team will contact you to discuss next steps.
2. FREE PROPERTY VALUATION We arrange for valuations on your current home on a date and time to suit you.
3. AGREE A MARKETING PRICE Based on the valuations we agree a realistic asking price to market and aim to sell your current home within the agreed time-scale. Once agreed, your chosen plot will be reserved and taken off the market.
4. WE HANDLE THE SALE OF YOUR HOME We instruct one of our local branches to market and manage the sale of your existing home. We aim to sell within six weeks or a timescale mutually agreed with the developer.
5. STRESS-FREE PURCHASE Whilst your property is on the market, we continue to reserve your chosen plot (for an agreed period). This gives you time to sell your current home with the peace of mind you won’t lose the home of your dreams.
6. SMOOTH, HASSLE-FREE MOVE Once we agree a sale on your current home, we manage the buying and selling process until your brand new home is ready to move into.
