August Women’s Business Council
The WBC strives to focus on fresh, relevant topics through a series of authentic and energizing luncheons. The WBC promotes the full participation and leadership of women at all levels in the workplace, the community and government. The WBC will host programs that provide opportunities for women to learn and network as well as share their expertise with each other and to address the unique issues of women in business
The August Women’s Business Council will be held at Pelham First Baptist Church (2867 Pelham Pkwy, Pelham, AL 35124) on Wednesday, August 12, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Chelsea Business Alliance Luncheon
The third quarter meeting in 2026 of the Chelsea Business Alliance, an affiliate of The Shelby County Chamber, is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, at the Chelsea Community Center (11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.).
In addition to some great business networking, our featured speaker will be Benji Sawyer, CEO, Sawyer Solutions.

Congratulations to Cindy Edmunds for achieving Ambassador of the Month. Cindy is a REALTOR with ARC Realty and has been helping buyers and sellers in the Birmingham area for more than 24 years.
