So many summer events and opportunities in Sheboygan!

From The Desk Of The CEO “Spring adds new life and new beauty to all that is.” – Jessica Harrelson Dear Chamber Members and Friends, I can hardly believe May is already upon us! The temperatures are rising, the grass is greener, and Sheboygan County Deidre Martinez is bursting into bloom. Spring is a time of renewal and growth, and here at the Chamber, we’re feeling that energy in full force. We’re thrilled to share that our membership grew in April during our first-ever Membership Draft, hosted right here at the Chamber. A heartfelt thank you to all our partners who supported this event. It was a joy to welcome new members, forge new friendships, and extend our support to more local businesses. Your involvement continues to strengthen our community. Late May also marks the arrival of our summer interns, joining us from universities across the globe. We’re excited to offer them immersive experiences, team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and chances to connect with other young professionals. These experiences are designed to help them build relationships and thrive in their future careers. To learn more about our Better Together Intern & Co-op Program, please visit click here. Looking ahead, we’re gearing up to recruit our next class of Junior Leadership Sheboygan County (JLSC) participants for the 2025– 2026 academic year. This program continues to flourish, thanks to the unwavering support from sponsors, leaders, teachers, parents, the students themselves, and many more. We cannot thank you enough! If you know an 11th or 12th-grade student in Sheboygan County, please encourage them to apply. The program is free for all students, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Interested students can access the application form here: Junior Leadership Sheboygan County We’re also proud to announce that three of our first-year JLSC graduates recently received awards through the United Way of Sheboygan County Spirit Awards for their volunteerism and leadership in our community. Congratulations to Sophia, Yesenia, and Jansunee, students from the Sheboygan Area School District. We are incredibly proud of you! Click here to learn more about their achievements and many others.
