Your first point of contact for your project will be your project coordinator. The project coordinator will be in charge of communication with vendors, contractors, builders and anyone else who is working to move your project forward, so they are the ones who can answer most questions you may have. You can expect to receive email updates from your project coordinator throughout your project letting you know what is happening and what to expect next. You may reach out to your project coordinator at any time via the email above and can expect a response within the next business day.

What to Expect AT YOUR DEEP DIVE DESIGN KICKOFF MEETING
We will have already begun to define the broader scope of the design concept at your design consultation, but the design kickoff meeting is where we will narrow our focus so as to arm ourselves with all the information necessary to design a functional space for you with maximum efficiency. We will want to see any concept photos you may have gathered at this time so that we can review them with you, so please make sure you have completed your Pinterest board for us prior to this meeting! We will be asking a lot of questions during this meeting and perhaps even taking inventory of items that require special storage consideration. This is your chance to tell us all of the wishes on your list for your project before we begin to design!
AT YOUR FURNISHINGS INSTALLATION
AT YOUR PROJECT PHOTO SHOOT
Photos of our work are essential to the success of our business. We will never reveal any information such the homeowners names or address of the project, but we do require the right to photograph our projects upon completion and to use those photographs for marketing and promotional purposes without the additional written consent of the homeowner. We like to schedule our professional photo shoot day soon after the completion of the project and will require access to the project for the entire day in order to stage and photograph each space within the project. We are happy to provide our clients with copies of the professional photographs that we have taken for their own personal use. Many of our projects become published in high profile magazines. If your project is selected for publication, the publication may request to have their own photographer shoot the project and another photo shoot would be required.
YOUNIQUE DESIGNS
Our favorite part is when the design all comes together, and install days are where the magic happens! We will be delivering and unboxing and placing all of your furnishings and accessories, plugging in lamps, making beds, hanging art and window coverings and making sure everything is picture perfect when you walk in the door for the big reveal. As you can imagine, all of this can be a bit time consuming, noisy and messy during the process, and we want you to see your space beautiful and put together for a true reveal the first time you see it, so we ask that you make plans for the day to be away from home so that we can take care of every last detail. Don't worry, we will take care of everything while you're away so that you can relax and enjoy.
What to Expect
DELIVERABLES FOR REMODELS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION
DRAWINGS/PLANS
Plans are very detailed drawings that by nature must be accurate and complete in order to convey all the information necessary to complete your project. Therefore, we are unable to share any plans or drawings prior to their completion and payment has been received in full. Plans will be delivered in PDF format and we generally deliver smaller projects formatted to print in both 11x17 and 24x36 for ease of printing. Larger projects will be formatted only for 24x36 due to limited space on the paper.
RENDERINGS AND 3D WALKTHROUGHS
Sometimes it can be difficult to visualize a project with only a 2 dimensional drawing, therefore we offer photo-realistic renderings and 3D walkthroughs at an additional charge. These visual aids allow our clients to see just what the completed space will look like complete with finishes. Renderings and 3D walkthroughs are conceptual in nature and not scaled drawings. Prices vary depending on the level of detail required, but we are happy to quote this service upon request.
DESIGN BOARDS
SELECTION AND FINISH SCHEDULES
A selection schedule is a detailed document listing each item that is selected for your project along with the pertinent information about the item, like dimensions, finishes of each item, lead times, and where each item goes within your project. Likewise, the finish schedule is another detailed document that lists every paint color, manufacturer, sheen, wallcovering and finish that goes into your project. Both of these documents are great reference tools in case you need to replace an item or paint a wall after the completion of your project. These documents will be provided to you in your final client binder at the completion of your project.
YOUNIQUE DESIGNS
Design boards are another visual aid that we use to convey the relationship between all the items we have selected for a particular room in your project. We will present a design board for each space of your project during the design presentation along with any actual materials samples we may need to convey the design.
