This position is responsible for operating engraving and printing equipment, preparing orders for production, assembling awards, packing shipments, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting wherever needed to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to perform a variety of production and warehouse tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read work orders accurately. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Work Environment This position works in a production shop where engraving machines, laser equipment, packaging stations, and warehouse activities are in operation.
