Her work has also earned top honors from the New Jersey Press Association. Santana received First Place for Best Video Portfolio for her immigration coverage, “New Jersey on the Frontline of Immigration Debates,”recognition of her rigorous reporting and commitment to elevating complex issues impacting immigrant communities across the state.
Since 2018, she has served as a correspondent and fill-in anchor for NJ Spotlight News on NJ PBS, reporting on critical issues shaping the state from the evolving economic landscape and healthcare challenges to policies impacting undocumented workers and underserved populations. Her work has earned recognition both inside and outside of journalism She was featured in CNBC en Español’s International Women’s Day spotlight honoring influential Latina leaders and entrepreneurs. She was also recognized by the StatewideHispanicChamberof CommerceofNewJerseyduringWomen’sHistoryMonththroughitsArtofBeinga ModernLatinainitiative,wheresheservedasapanelist alongside seven influential Latina leaders in the state, including New Jersey Senate Majority Leader Teresa Ruiz.
Santana has also served as a featured speaker for the New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce and participated in global conversations around equity in sports through initiatives connected to FIFA ahead of the 2026 World Cup. In 2023, she was honored at the Perth Amboy Free Public Library’s Women’s History Month Celebration with a Mayoral Citation and a Joint Legislative Resolution from the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly.

VictoriaSosa is a Dominican television host, content producer, and entrepreneur based in Miami. Born in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, she lived there until the age of 13, when she moved to the United States with her family. She later graduated from Florida International University, earning two bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Political Science
Sosa began her professional career in television, where she rose to prominence as a reporter and host at Telemundo. During her time in broadcast media, she became one of the most recognizable faces within the tri-state area’s Latino community, earning the trust and admiration of viewers for her authentic on-air presence and ability to connect with audiences. Her work in journalism and broadcasting was recognized with two EmmyAwards, along with multiple nominations for the New York Emmy Awards
Over time, Sosa expanded her work beyond traditional television into digital media, audiovisual production, and communications strategy. She is the founder and creative director of S Squared Communications, a communications firm and content production studio based in Doral, Florida Through her company, she leads the development of audiovisual projects, podcasts, interviews, and storytelling strategies for brands, businesses, and leaders seeking to connect with the Latino audience in the United States.
She is also the creator of EnVictoria, an interview and inspirational content platform where she engages in conversations with entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders about personal growth, purpose, and leadership Through this platform, she continues to leverage her media experience to amplify meaningful stories that inspire dialogue and community.
