ALPACA DAYS Sarah Ford/For Shaw Media

National Alpaca Farm Days was celebrated at alpaca farms across the country over the weekend, including the Kalmar Kolors Alpaca farm at 9721 Lincoln Road in Morrison. Jan and Randy Larson opened their farm to the public and had a steady stream of visitors stopping by to learn and get up close to their herd of 30 Huacaya alpacas. They also had alpaca products for sale, and Paws Perks coffee trailer was set up. Sarah Mahoney of Camanche, Iowa, is pictured with her daughters Aly, 8, and Annabelle, 6, who pets an alpaca with Randy.
