The Haley family light display is one of many at “Light Up the Park” at Prophetstown State Park, sponsored by Prophetstown First Responders. The last viewing of the holiday season will be on Friday, Dec. 23 from 5 to 8 p.m., weather permitting. Bundle up the family and take a drive through the park to check out all the creative light displays of local businesses, organizations and individuals. All visitors are encouraged to vote for their favorite display, and any donations made will support local charities.
