easy; still, each year Hibben pops in and out of shops in downtown Oswego and along the Route 34 business corridor to find something special for her family and friends. Shopping locally saves her gas, eliminates shipping costs and it helps keep the dollars she spends at the local businesses in the community. “These are the businesses that support your kid’s soccer team, your football team, help with raffle baskets for fundraisers and more,” Hibben said. u Continued on page 4
