The legendary “roast beast” is brought out by Jesters Aralin McLain and Liz Messenger during Oregon High School’s Madrigal Dinner on Dec. 6. The music department offered dinners Dec. 5 and Dec. 6 at the Stronghold Camp & Retreat Center north of Oregon. The theme for this year was “The Unfinished Madrigal Dinners.”
