Things get heated in Season 5 of “Only Murders in the Building,” premiering Tuesday, Sept. 9, on Disney+ and Hulu. Ever the curious residents and podcast hosts, Charles (Steve Martin, “Cheaper by the Dozen,” 2003), Oliver (Martin Short, “SCTV”) and Mabel (Selena Gomez, “Emilia Perez,” 2024) unknowingly step into the violent world of organized crime as they team up to solve the murder of the Arconia’s beloved doorman, Lester (Teddy Coluca, “The Blacklist”). Téa Leoni (“Madam Secretary”) joins the cast.
