Sophie was born at 24 weeks on December 26, 2010 at 1 lb 10 oz and she was in the NICU for nine months. She has had multiple surgeries so far but had to have more. She has a trach, a shunt and a feeding tube and is unable to talk or walk. The family is going through hard times right now and doesn’t have very much money for the trip. This is the biggest surgery for her and the family would really appreciate any help they can get!
