• Help implement a program of scheduled service (including oil, filter and fluid changes) and other preventative maintenance for the fleet • Perform mechanical repairs on buses and support vehicles (electrical systems, tires, brakes, air conditioning systems, diesel engines, etc.) • Assist in troubleshooting and making emergency service calls during breakdown situations • Willingness to occasionally work on evenings & weekends (overtime) if necessary to meet deadlines, prepare buses in between departures, or in case of mechanical trouble. • Related experience and/or completion of a vocational or other postsecondary education program in vehicle service & repair required • Have/obtain at least a class B commercial driver’s license with airbrake and passenger endorsements and have/obtain a US DOT medical certificate for interstate commerce passenger transportation.
