1. Must be able to work in the outdoor climate during any season, extreme heat and cold and in inclement weather conditions, rain, snow, icy conditions, etc. 2. Must be physically capable of walking all day. 3. Must complete training to gain knowledge of handheld reading system and route operations. 4. Must have an available back-up in place if said person cannot complete the monthly route due to illness, injury, etc. Back-up must complete the same training session at the time it is offered. 5. Must be available the last 7 business days of each month to complete the reads which normally requires 1-1/2 to 2 days, 8 hours per day during regular business hours. 6. Must provide certificate of liability insurance as follows: a. $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate Will also need to provide a copy of personal auto insurance.
