Jasper County Auditor’s Office Auditor’s Clerk The Jasper County Auditor’s Office is seeking applications for a full-time Auditor’s Clerk. This position normally works Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Starting pay is $15.85 an hour, plus county benefits. The duties of this position include: performing data entry and related account verification of claims auditing, organization of documents, contracts, resolutions and ordinances to be approved by the County Board of Supervisors, maintaining the Supervisor’s Minutes and Index book, preparation of publications and updating financial records; print various reports, assist in payroll and budgetary duties as needed; procurement of office equipment and supplies; monthly, quarterly and year end processes; provide public information, assist in the administration of elections; maintain the County website and social media, and any other duties that may be assigned by the Auditor.
