This will be a full-time position and eligible for County Paid benefits. Salary range $35,000 to $45,000 based on qualifications and experience, this position will receive County benefits

Other duties will include but not limited to: Provide animal handling and care (feed, water, exercise) clean, sanitize and disinfect animal holding areas; assist first responders/ police/ fire/zoning when animals are involved; appear in court when necessary; conduct investigations into animal cruelty, neglect, vicious animals, licensing, and complaints such as loud or barking dogs, and animal bites; complete required County and State required paperwork, document and write reports as necessary; attempt to locate owners of lost/injured animals; response to calls for animals, wild or domestic including vicious animals or livestock; maintain records for quarantine of animals; interact with the general public for animal control issues; maintain vehicle; stock supplies at shelter; other tasks as identified or assigned Scheduled hours will vary, selected candidate will need to be flexible and available to respond for emergency calls in evenings, overnight and some weekends.

Batteries allow the use of electricity whenever it’s needed, not only when it’s generated. However, traditional battery economics and performance have not proved helpful as utilities look to increase renewable penetration through long-duration energy storage. The Problem One of the challenges to growing a North American energy storage industry, however, has been a dependency on a supply chain of hardware components, metals and chemicals, many of which come from outside North America.
