PLANT SUPERINTENDENT The Plant Superintendent, 2nd Shift, is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, quality driven positive work atmosphere, while directing and organizing the daily work of the individuals and/or teams they are assigned. They are directly responsible staffing changes, productivity, efficiency, quality/workmanship, safety/well-being of the members of their team. They call and facilitate meetings, accurately complete assigned administrative duties, and work de-tails, train their personnel, orchestrate department activities, write, and perform performance evaluations for supervisors and team members under their direction. They develop, enact and plan workloads including scheduled hours and overtime by utilizing staffing changes to fulfill the commitments of the master schedule. They develop and mentor floor leaders so they can be self-sufficient when making decisions within their own department and for future advancement. They recognize employees that are capable and interested in positions to fulfil needs within the plant and provide professional expectations for employee success. Knowledge, Skills, & Experience: - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required - Reading and understanding engineering drawings and BOM’s required - Computer proficiency including Microsoft word, excel, presenter, and SharePoint. - Excellent communication skills - 5 years supervisory experience of a minimum of 15 people.
PRODUCTION MECHANICS
Production Mechanics candidates can range in experience and ability. There are numerous positions available based upon the candidate’s attributes and skills. Job duties include but not limited to are: Welding, Electrical Knowledge and Electricians, Caulking, Cleaning, Insulating, Construction and Fabricating. Additional experience with small tools and mechanical work is recommended but not necessary. Multiple departments with numerous positions are needed with various shifts available. Night shift offers a shift differential. Skilled trades such as machine specific experience are also desired. (Shears, Press Brakes, CNC Machines).
