Retired forensic artist Bethe Hughes of Dixon points to her nose Aug. 17 as she talks about how to draw suspects during a workshop on forensic art at the Coliseum Museum of Art, Antiques and Americana in Oregon. Hughes worked as a special agent for the Illinois State Police for 20 years before retiring. Story on page 9.
