Glenwood will be good again with a solid senior class. Harlan and Denison will have some good young talent to contend with. We hope to fill our returners and newcomers into new roles and challenge for the conference title.”

Returning letterwinners: Chance Cobb, Phillip Currin, Connor Haggerty, Jacob Kinyon, Tony Klocke (seventh place in Class 2A 110 meter hurdles), Grant Maurer, Wyatt McAlpin, Brett Schafroth. Conference prediction: “Mount Ayr is the team to beat until someone does. Nodaway Valley and Pleasantville will both have strong teams, as well,” Naugle said. “We have the potential to have a very good season. We will be very good in a few events.
