erson@shawmedia.com A baby fawn swims in the Hennep in Canal near Bureau Junction on Monday, July 12, 202 1. This fawn made its way safely to shore after swimm ing about 100 yards. Deer are very stro downstream for ng skilled swimmers and can cross small creeks and rive rs to get to the other side.
