| DELIVERY: Bulls will be delivered to the buyers promptly after the sale. We ask that buyers please bring your trailer for same day take home.
| TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or cheque. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in case of dispute, the auctioneer’s decision will be final. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made.
| ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over the printed material in the catalogue.
| BREEDERS GUARANTEE: All guarantees fall under the provisions outlined by the Canadian Angus Association. In cases where animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction technique after the sale, the guarantee is null and void.
| HEALTH: All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements and are in a complete vaccination program.
| LIABILITIES: The sellers or facility owners assume no liability or otherwise for any accidents that occur.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to the 2026 Wiwa Creek Bull Sale. It is such an exciting time in the cattle business, unprecedented prices in all aspects of the market. Hardwork, determination and stubbornness are core values that have driven the cattle business to reach the point where we are now.
We are proud to offer this group of bulls for your appraisal. Our main goals are to provide quality and consistency throughout the bull pen to our customers. The sire groups offer genetic differences but are similar in the type we strive to produce. The bulls are developed on pellets and grass hay, this allows our customers to truly analyze the structure, soundness and differences in each bull.
The Switzer family has been part of the sale since its inception. Hard to believe it’s been 14 years already. There are so many people that help out through the year and at the sale. I am truly thankful to each of you.
