My name is Shahzoda Pardabayeva, born in 2005 in the heart of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Growing up steps from Amir Temur Square, surrounded by centuries-old trees and Silk Road echoes, I developed a profound connection to my country's heritage that would shape my entire career. My professional journey began in summer 2022 with "Aba Travel Tashkent" as a junior guide. While assisting senior colleagues, I discovered my genuine enthusiasm for Tashkent's architecture resonated deeply with visitors. By 2023, this inspired me to launch "Echoes of the Avant-Garde," specialized walking tours exploring the city's remarkable 20th-century modernist architecture—from Hotel Uzbekistan's futuristic facade to the brutalist grandeur of Chorsu Bazaar. This niche attracted travelers seeking history beyond ancient monuments. In early 2024, the Uzbekistan Tourism Promotional Board recruited me as a Tourism Promoter. At international fairs, including a memorable event in Almaty, I created "24 Hours in Tashkent: A Local's Guide," a viral video campaign I scripted and starred in. Showcasing hidden tea houses, underground galleries, and family ceramic studios, it garnered 500,000+ views and significantly boosted independent traveler inquiries. Now a Social Tourism Activist, I founded "Tashkent for All" in 2025, organizing free heritage walks for underprivileged students and retired citizens from the Fergana Valley. Watching them discover their own capital with wonder-filled eyes is profoundly rewarding. I believe tourism builds bridges between cultures. Every day, I strive to be that warm bridge between my ancient heritage and curious travelers. You'll often find me at a tea house near Amir Temur Avenue, planning the next adventure for a visitor or my next project for my beloved city.
