I am a business trainer, analyst, and strategy developer based in London. I started my career in 2019, and from the beginning, I have believed that ethical and equitable business practices are not just moral choices—they are the cornerstone of sustainable commercial success. Between 2020 and 2022, I worked as a Strategy Analyst at Veritas Insight Consulting. There, I developed what I called the Inclusive Analytics Audit. One of my proudest projects was helping GreenSprout Fintech identify and remove gender biases from their customer engagement algorithms. That work increased their market reach by eighteen percent and set a new internal standard for equitable data stewardship. In 2022, I moved to Aequitas Advisory as a Company Strategy Developer. I designed the Framework for Equitable Progression, which transformed talent management at a major retail chain. Within two years, the promotion rate of women into senior management roles increased by forty percent. Now I work independently as a business trainer and promoter. I run the Allied Leadership Programme, a series of workshops that embed psychological safety and inclusive decision-making into management practice. My message is simple: true business excellence is only achieved when every individual is equipped and empowered to succeed. That is not idealism. That is strategy.
