They remembered your names. Every quarter, feedback comes to us through comment cards, emails, calls, and letters from customers. And every quarter, one thing stands out: our customers name names. They remember the officer who called on a bank holiday to check on the outcome. The claims representative who followed up a week later to ask how the first visit went. The team member who took charge when a customer was stuck between institutions, and wrote down exactly what to do next. The voice on the phone, whose warmth, in one customer's words, "added to the joy of my day." None of these moments was required. That's precisely what makes them remarkable. In a region where customers tell us good service is hard to find, you are proving one interaction at a time that it lives here. The pages that follow are our customers' experiences, shared in their own words. Read them, celebrate the colleagues named in them, and know that somewhere out there, a customer may be filling out a comment card about you next. To every Braveheart in this issue and to everyone whose excellent work hasn't been caught on paper yet, thank you. This is who we are.
