CEO Report

the sign on Norton Road, install the lighting system to the front columns, treat and paint the metal spindles, and finish the metal fence on Grant Road.
Campus beautification will resume this summer with several new landscaped areas. I am excited about what is in store. It will include lots of stones, water fall and a new sign. We will be pulling all the shrubs at that intersection and cleaning the corners as well. In addition to that project, we are going to make changes to several other intersections. I have also decided to pull every stone from the property. After they are removed, we will fill that space with dirt and seed.
You will be seeing a new vehicle on campus. We have purchased a Daihatsu HiJet mini truck. This will serve our campus perfectly. It has all the features of most vehicles but will not need to be registered, have better fuel economy and cheaper insurance than a minivan.
The Mall entrance is having the sidewalk replaced. Please refrain from walking in the construction area until the barricade is removed. The sidewalk was not draining properly causing a slip risk during the freezing temps. The new walkway will be wider to better accommodate the high traffic and the occasional truck for deliveries.
