The Master Plan for Maranatha Village is nearly completed. Over the last 2 months, we have been having a great time planning and envisioning the future of our campus and what it could look like. I have been working with my management team and an architectural company, WOLD. Things that we have accomplished are: discussion and planning meetings, reviewed surveys, toured local senior housing campuses, questioned staff and played with āpuzzle piecesā; all to determine exactly what does Maranatha need for our future and where will it fit on our campus. I know that this sounds like the process has been more of a fun project, which it has been, but believe me, there has been much prayer covering every action and placement of every new road, parking spot, new buildings and new services. The next step will be to determine the phasing of every new building and then it will be ready for unveiling. Stay tuned.
