1. The waterfall feature is holding water and running properly. We have had difficulty with the stones settling causing many leaks. Landscape design is the next step. Looking forward to the completion of this in the spring. (This year!)
2. 235 E Haven Terrace is fully under construction! Our new residents should be joining us by July 1st.
3. 5-Plex planning and development is finished and construction is our next step. No ETA on the groundbreaking but we expect it be this spring as well.
4. Pond restoration is nearing completion. If you haven’t noticed, the pond level is the lowest its been in decades. We intentionally drained it so that we could patch and repair the liner. It has also allowed us to clean debris and sediment from around the outside edge.
I would like to thank everyone who has made contributions over the last several months. Everything marked for expansion or capital projects will be reserved for that very purpose. Every little bit helps. As we continue to plan for our future my biggest ask today is for each of you to pray that God would provide us wisdom and guidance concerning every detail regarding our master plan and future construction.
God Bless.

Located primarily in the U.S. state of Wyoming, though it also extends into Montana and Idaho, the park covers an expansive area of over 2.2 million acres. Its creation marked a pivotal moment in the conservation movement, spearheaded by individuals such as Ferdinand V. Hayden and congressman William D. Kelley, who recognized the need to preserve Yellowstone's unique geothermal features and stunning landscapes for future generations. The park is renowned for its geothermal wonders, including the iconic Old Faithful geyser, as well as its diverse ecosystems and wildlife, such as grizzly bears, wolves, and herds of bison and elk. The establishment of Yellowstone set a precedent for the creation of national parks worldwide, symbolizing a commitment to preserving natural beauty and biodiversity for the enjoyment and benefit of all.
