Following the successful implementation of the 2022-25 Business Plan, we will continue to pursue our major priorities and strengthen the delivery of pathways and programs for our students To achieve our goals, we know that our teaching and support staff are essential to successful outcomes
As we look toward 2030, we must maintain relevance for our students and their futures. In what is a rapidly changing landscape in which we deliver to students, we need to remain cognisant that we are preparing students for a future in which they need to be adaptable to change For this to be successful, our staff must also continue to adapt and respond to change Our plan will support our vision for the future.

Established in 2000, our College is a dynamic, multicultural and socially inclusive community offering engaging pathways that prepare young adults for their future. We enrol around 450 students from our local intake area, more than 25 public and private schools, and overseas
Our diversity is a core strength Our local community is reflected on a global scale with students represented from over 50 nationalities, with more than 60 languages spoken at home, including Tagalog, Filipino, Arabic, Hazarag and Farsi Specialist English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D) teachers provide targeted support to help these learners thrive
Around 10% of our students identify as Aboriginal and are supported through programs such as the Polly Farmer Foundation Follow the Dream, which offers individualised academic assistance
Student voice is strong through our Guild and Harmony Across Borders teams A vibrant student culture is fostered through wellbeing initiatives, cultural celebrations, social activities and successful sporting programs
Our staff collaborate as members of a learning community with a future focused mindset to deliver diverse curriculum pathways, including School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) courses, Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs and university linked options
Teachers are supported by allied professionals and a robust leadership team comprising the Principal, Vice Principals (2), Program Coordinators (6) and a Manager of Corporate Services. The College Board provides governance and strategic oversight to ensure our vision is achieved
