2025 NCOT, A Great Time to Be Involved The National Outdoor Theatre Conference, held under the umbrella of the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC), brought together theatre professionals, educators, and enthusiasts for three days of invigorating dialogue, creative exchange, and live performance in the heart of Kentucky.

Hosted in both Bardstown and Louisville, the conference celebrated the unique challenges and triumphs of outdoor theatre. Attendees engaged in rich sessions covering topics such as site-specific storytelling, technical innovations for open-air productions, community engagement, and sustainability in outdoor performance spaces.
