PROFILE I’m an architect with experience in design, modeling, and project documentation in Costa Rica, the U.S., and Rwanda. Specialized in BIM, my approach focuses on optimizing modeling and design processes for greater accuracy and efficiency. I have taken courses in parametric BIM design and am currently pursuing a Professional Technician in BIM to strengthen my skills. WORK EXPERIENCE Datumzero Design Office December 2022 - Present Junior Architect Engaged in design, drafting, and architectural modeling for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Rwanda, Africa. Key Achievements: Led a design team for various hospitality and residential concept projects. Currently developing a new website for the office. Created a completely new and updated Revit template for the office, including parametric families, visibility templates, view settings, and sheet configurations. Construction Link Outsourcing AUGUST 2022 - December 2022 Pre-Construction Analyst Prepared presentation and construction packages by analyzing architectural plans, specifications, and manufacturer data to develop detailed drawings for commercial roofing systems and architectural panels. Key Achievements: Provided detailed drawings for over 15 roofing projects. SYKES Costa Rica August 2021 - AUGUST 2022 Tech Support Agent Provided customer service and technical support for wireless security systems. Key Achievements: Developed a training manual for future agents. Grupo Go Costa Rica September 2020 - August 2021 BIM Drafter Collaborated on 3D modeling and drafting for architectural and mechanical systems in Revit, primarily focusing on residential and hospitality projects in coastal areas.
