The 13th Viera Voice Scarecrow Stroll will be held from Oct. 2 to 16, culminating with the Viera Harvest Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18 at Woodside Park off of Murrell Road in Viera East.
