Mortgage rates continue to be at historic lows. These are fantastic rates when you look back over the last 45 years of rate swings. They seem more volatile when you look at only a trailing five years. It is still a great time to finance your home.

Months of Inventory (MOI) is the amount of time it would take to sell all current listings at the current sales pace. MOI is what most professionals in the business use to determine whether it is a Seller’s Market, a Buyer’s Market, or a Balanced Market. To calculate MOI, we divide the number of current active listings by the number of listings sold in the last 30 days.

Flood Zone This property is in Flood Zone: X (unshaded), Low Risk

Area of moderate flood hazard, usually the area between the limits of the 100-year and 500-year floods. B Zones are also used to designate base floodplains of lesser hazards, such as areas protected by levees from 100-year flood, or shallow flooding areas with average depths of less than one foot or drainage areas less than 1 square mile.

This map layer shows an area’s flood zone designation as determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). A high-risk area has a 1 percent or greater annual chance of flooding and a 26 percent chance of flooding over the life of a 30-year mortgage. High-risk areas are red or orange. The coast areas, shown in purple, are also considered high risk. Green areas are low to moderate risk. A moderate-risk area is between risk limits of a 100-year and 500-year flood. White areas are undetermined, and all other areas are considered no or low risk. For more details on the categories of flood risk, see http://support.narrpr.com/entries/319901-what-is-the-flood-zone-heat-map. Source(s): FEMA; updated Annually.

Community Reviews for this School Posted: 5/29/2018 by Middle School Student I was very involved with this school and had lots of experience with the topics we were learning because of the teachers. They have very good teachers that taught everyone in a way where anyone could understand and learn. There is nothing I would change about this school. Posted: 7/1/2015 by Niche User I enjoyed going to school here. Was the best four years of my life. I usually would go to school early and end up staying late. The teaches were all so loving and caring.

Community Reviews for this School Posted: 12/4/2018 by Senior I loved the teachers at oldham county, but they didn't prepare me for the ACT or college like I wish they would've. I feel like this school is your average public school with the administrators trying to do the best they can. Overall, pretty good school Posted: 4/12/2018 by Alum Even though I don't believe OC's curriculum has really "prepared" me for college, the teachers were very uplifting and always willing to stay after and help. When I attended OC I haven't noticed any foolishness such as fights or bullying in any way. I think OC is a great high school and have very interactive teachers that will not only help you pass but be successful!

Posted: 1/15/2018 by Senior I personally think it's one of the best schools in the state. There are some racial tensions caused by the rednecks, and a very minor gang situation most are at the alternative schools so overall very safe. There are some really good teachers there, a few bad ones, but mostly just new ones. Over the past four years I've liked every teacher I've had. Only food option for vegans/vegetarians is some soggy salad, but their food is decent. The regular students are very distracting, and some teachers are at fault for promoting that behavior. But advanced/AP classes tend to be a great and friendly environment. All of the departments are very strong in their fields, and the LEAD period is very useful for homework and receiving help. Posted: 8/18/2017 by Senior Oldham County High School has given me the best high school experience anyone could ask for; it has something for everybody, and everybody has a place that he or she belongs. Is it perfect? Of course not, but no place is. The teachers are amazing and the academics are excellent, but what makes OC stand out is definitely the students. The students make the school what it is, which makes OC stand out in my book. Posted: 6/23/2017 by Senior Some teachers are really good, others are only there for the paycheck. OC has great music programs. My biggest issue is the school's infrastructure. It just feels outdated and needs serious renovation. There aren't enough men's restrooms and sometimes they close the few they do have due to "vandalism." Also, there are just some plain backwards policies. No hats/hoods, vending machines don't turn on until after lunch is over, most classrooms don't even have computers for the students to research like many other schools. The teachers have to rent laptop carts which sometimes aren't available. They're also getting rid of 5th period for what's pretty much a study hall/club time. This is resulting in many students having to drop classes they want to take so the school can "build community." Apparently Anime Club is more important than AP Government. Finally, the food's disgusting. OCHS is an okay school but things need to change.
