SCOTT

RADCLIFF

“I was a walk-on that started football at UofL without a scholarship; and when an opportunity comes along, you have to be ready to take advantage of it,” Scott Radcliff reflects.

“I lived my childhood dream … And then that dream was over. So I had to go out and find a new dream.”

From the moment he hung up his cleats, Scott brought that same hustle to everything else he does. As team owner of the Scott Radcliff Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Premier Properties, he’s built a powerhouse operation in Louisville that mirrors the locker-room camaraderie he learned on the gridiron.

members. “Our mission is to be the real estate professional people can trust and reach out to for any reason, not just buying, selling, or investing,” he explains. He has plans to double the team in the next year, but only with agents who share his core values: honesty, accountability, and a true team-player spirit. “The saying that iron sharpens iron is true; when one wins, we all win.”

directly into his business philosophy.

If you worry about the client, you will never worry about the money.”

“Consistency sets me apart — my clients will get the same level of service every time.”

Scott’s background in collegiate sports instilled a belief that comfort zones are for amateurs. “I love a challenge, and I love being able to be in an industry where you can always improve and get better.” That mindset translates

His football foundation also shaped his negotiation style and marketing approach. “I wasn’t placed on the field with my size or speed, it was my strategic thinking. I have a creative marketing mindset for that reason.” Casual and approachable by nature, Scott skips the suit unless it’s a wedding or a funeral — but make no mistake, he works extremely hard.

His achievements speak for themselves: a RE/MAX Hall of Fame induction in 2021, a Lifetime Achievement Award for 2024, three consecutive years as the #1 RE/MAX Torch Bearer in Kentucky under

age 40, and his team ranking #3 among RE/MAX teams statewide. In 2024 alone, the team closed 226 transactions totaling over $74 million.

Off the clock, Scott prioritizes family — wife Lisa, and their three children Cooper, Lyla, and Mac. He’s also deeply rooted in his Louisville community, sponsoring several charitable foundations and mentoring the next generation of agents.

His parting wisdom sums it all up: “If you worry about the client, you will never worry about the money.”

Powell Jessi Thriving In

“I have two things I say often to my kids and to my boxing classes when I teach: ‘Yes you can’ and ‘You’re tired, so what?’” Jessi Powell declares. “I even had the first phrase tattooed on my forearm this year to remind myself that ‘I can’t’ isn’t an option.”

Jessi spends part of her week teaching people how to throw punches, but those closest to her would probably agree her greatest strength has nothing to do with kickboxing. Whether she’s helping a client navigate a major life decision, encouraging a student through a tough workout, supporting her family’s nonprofit, or raising two children, Jessi has gained a reputation for showing up fully for the people around her.

It’s a quality that’s helping the fledgling Homepage Realty agent carve out a

promising place in local real estate after entering the business on her own terms several years ago.

Unexpected Move

A Louisville native who grew up in Camp Taylor and graduated from Male High School, Jessi earned a communications degree from UofL and had plans to become a nurse when life threw her a curveball.

During her and her husband’s senior year of college, her husband, Bilal, was drafted by the New York Jets, launching the couple into a completely new chapter. What followed were years split between Kentucky and New Jersey, raising a young family while navigating the unique dynamics that came with being a professional football “WAG.” During that time, Jessi built her own identity as an entrepreneur, operating a boutique fitness studio in Louisville while spending part of each year on the East Coast.

“When my husband got drafted, that first year in New Jersey was probably the hardest growth stage of my life,” she admits. “Moving away from home, getting pregnant and making more money than I could have dreamed of all came with their own challenges.”

Those experiences ultimately shaped the perspective she brings to her clients today. Having navigated major life transitions herself, Jessi understands that buying or selling a home is rarely just about the property. It’s often tied to career

changes, growing families, uncertainty, excitement, and everything in between.

“I’ve always said ‘I love real estate’ but I actually just love helping people,” Jessi grins. “I take great pride in each client that I have, giving them the time and attention they deserve knowing this is such a big decision in their life.”

When she earned her license in 2022, Jessi didn’t dive into the business full throttle. Instead, she took a deliberate approach, carefully balancing real estate alongside motherhood,

fitness instruction, nonprofit work, and family life.

Looking back, that slower start may have been exactly what she needed. It allowed her to build confidence, gain experience, and develop the kind of client relationships that continue to power her pipeline today.

The Secret Sauce

Ask Jessi what sets her business apart and for her, everything begins with relationships. Rather than viewing clients as transactions, Jessi sees individuals and families navigating important

moments in their lives. Her goal is not simply to help them buy or sell a property, but to ensure they feel supported throughout the process.

“I truly care about the people I have in my life. I truly care about strangers,” she offers.

“I think the way you live, the love you give, it all comes back ten fold.”

That approach appears to be working. The feedback she hears most often from a client is: “I trust what you’re doing.”

“If I’m doing my job correctly, there is a trust that exists where they can pick up the phone and give me free range to take care of things,” she elaborates.

That trust has led to a close group of clientele that feels more like relatives. In one case, Jessi helped all four daughters in the same family find homes. For her, those moments are far more meaningful than any commission check because they represent something she values deeply: earning a place in people’s lives by going to bat for them.

Help From The Sidelines

No one builds a successful career entirely alone, and Jessi is quick to acknowledge the people who encouraged her along the way.

“Our broker, Carrie King, deserves a lot of credit,” Jessi shares. “She kept pushing me for a year before I even thought about real estate and kept insisting I had the personality.”

After Jessi earned her license, Carrie invited her to join Homepage Realty and has remained a trusted resource ever since. Jessi also credits Tiffany Davidson for her willingness to answer questions and provide support whenever needed.

Today, much of Jessi’s motivation comes from the impact she can have on others, whether that’s through real estate, fitness, or community work. Her definition of success has little to do with income and everything to do with how people feel after spending time with her.

“I’ve never thought success was defined by a dollar,” she affirms. “Success is really about how you make people feel. Did they enjoy the time they spent with me? Did they feel important? Did they feel like I really cared?”

Embracing The Future

Beyond real estate, Jessi’s world revolves around family

Jessi also serves as Director of Communications for 29th and 9th, the nonprofit she and Bilal founded. The organization works to address the stigma surrounding mental health among young athletes while providing students with tools and resources to better navigate anxiety, depression, and other challenges. Through educational programs and community events, the foundation continues to expand its impact each year.

and more service. She and Bilal have been married nearly 16 years and are raising two amazing children: Son Tavis, 14, and daughter Nya, 11. Their household also includes two Presa Canarios, Luna and Kenzo, who ensure life is never too quiet.

Fitness remains a major part of Jessi’s identity as well. As the head trainer at Rumble Boxing Louisville, she teaches five to six classes each week and draws tremendous fulfillment from helping people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

“I wear a lot of hats that probably won’t go away anytime soon,” she admits. “It sounds like so much, but it truly gives me purpose.”

Looking down the road, Jessi expects real estate to remain an important part of her future no matter where life takes her family next. While she could envision building a team someday, she’s content focusing on her clients, her family, and the opportunities currently in front of her.

“Being a Realtor gives me great joy to show my kids that just because you have a season in your life where you have to put yourself on the back burner, you can always create a new

DANIELLE

& JASON

Farabee

GROWING TOGETHER

“Our belief is simple: put in the work, and the results speak for themselves,” Danielle Farabee begins. “Real estate is not for the faint of heart. It is entrepreneurship in its purest form — high risk, no guaranteed income, and real sacrifice — but it’s also a path that can open doors many people never get the chance to walk through.”

Three years ago, Danielle and her husband Jason Farabee took a leap that would reshape everything. After decades of

success in their respective industries, the couple joined forces to launch The Agency Louisville, bringing a globally recognized luxury brand to the Kentucky market while creating a brokerage rooted in experience, accountability, and hands-on leadership.

Today, the firm continues to gain momentum under the guidance of both managing partners, expanding its footprint while remaining intentionally focused on culture and service.

The Leap

While Danielle officially entered real estate in 2023, Jason brought more than three decades of industry experience to the venture. Together, they have built something that reflects both of their strengths: Jason’s longstanding market expertise and Danielle’s operational, marketing, and leadership acumen. The result

is a dynamic company where the spotlight isn’t on any one individual, but on the collective success of agents, clients, and the community they serve.

For Danielle though, real estate was never supposed to happen quite this soon. After building a successful career in the HR sector of healthcare, she had always envisioned transitioning into the real estate industry later in life with Jason.

“When Jason decided to launch his franchised brokerage, he needed the support and help to build the foundation of the company so those plans changed,” Danielle explains with a chuckle.

Danielle’s transition to real estate quickly became much more than a supporting role. While managing brokerage operations, Danielle earned her license and immersed herself in the trenches, closing nearly $8 million in volume last year while simultaneously overseeing the company operations and brand marketing.

Jason continued doing what he has done successfully for more than 30 years: serving clients at

a high level while helping shape the vision for the business and mentoring agents as the Principal Broker for Kentucky and Indiana.

“Neither of us came from generational wealth,” Danielle points out. “We each built successful careers on nothing but work ethic before joining forces at The Agency RE, and we have never defined ourselves by sales volume or gotten caught up in the numbers.”

That perspective continues to influence the way the Farabees lead today. Growth and production matters, but culture and character matters more.

Leading From The Front

One of the themes that comes up repeatedly when speaking with Danielle is the belief that leadership should never happen from the sidelines.

Rather than managing agents, she and Jason remain active practitioners who test systems, marketing strategies, and processes themselves before rolling them out across The Agency “to provide best practices.” It is an approach that creates credibility and allows

character.

agents to learn from real-world application rather than theory.

“We are in touch with the market beyond just the local market as well,” Danielle elaborates.

That broader perspective has become increasingly important as The Agency continues its rapid expansion worldwide. The recent addition of a former Christie’s affiliate of approximately 1,200 agents across 26 offices in New York and New Jersey further strengthened the company’s growing global footprint, creating even more opportunities for collaboration and referral relationships throughout the network.

Since opening in August 2023, The Agency Louisville has grown to a team of 13 agents spanning Kentucky and Southern Indiana. While larger brokerages often

real estate or affiliated with us. Many of us in our 40s and 50s, are the ones closing significant deals across Kentuckiana.”

Beyond The Paperwork

focus on sheer headcount, the Farabees have taken a more intentional approach at the local level, prioritizing culture and experience.

Danielle and Jason remain deeply committed to surrounding themselves with professionals who genuinely care about the people they serve.

“We’re always looking for full-time agents with a moral compass,” Danielle affirms. “Although we are a smaller brokerage compared to others, we have several individuals who have been in our network for years who have gotten back into

Ask Danielle what truly separates The Agency Louisville from competitors, and her answer has very little to do with luxury branding or market share. The difference, she says, comes from the level of effort invested behind the scenes to generate momentum and maximize exposure.

“Listing on the MLS and planting a sign in the yard is not how we do business,” Danielle emphasizes. “Every property debut launches a campaign — initiative-taking, cold calling and targeted, call-center-style outreach to find the right buyer, paired with advanced marketing and technology.”

That concentrated focus extends beyond marketing efforts as well. Danielle believes the brokerage’s greatest responsibility is protecting what is often a family’s largest

financial asset while delivering a level of care they would provide their own loved ones.

“At The Agency Louisville, we wear every hat the job demands and stay relentless about accelerating property sale(s),” she affirms. “We also treat everyone like we would our own family members because the most expensive personal asset an individual has is their home.”

Why It Matters

Like many brokerage owners, Danielle and Jason spend countless hours working behind the scenes to make the magic happen. Yet when discussing life outside of business, the conversation quickly turns joyful.

Their two-year-old son arrived shortly after their office officially opened, ushering in a season of life filled with both tremendous

milestones and responsibility.

Balancing parenthood with brokerage duties hasn’t always been easy, but it has certainly provided clarity about what truly matters.

“The opportunity to help serve other families while seeing them evolve with each new purchase” remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of the business, Danielle shares.

Outside of the brokerage’s walls, much of the Farabees’ time is spent with their young son, while also supporting organizations such as CASA of Floyd County, the Kentucky Humane Society, and the Ronald McDonald House. Both spouses continue to invest in personal and professional growth as well, whether through coaching, network conferences, industry relationships, and constantly exploring new ventures for additional learning opportunities.

Looking to the horizon, The Agency Louisville appears poised for greater expansion with considerable investments in Tom Ferry coaching and real estate conferences such as Inman to develop relationships in different markets, as well as an ongoing commitment to helping agents and clients alike get ahead.

Through it all, however, Danielle encourages agents never to lose

sight of the values that helped build the dynamic brokerage in the first place.

“Never let the hustle cost you your character,” she concludes. “Stay humble and stay true to your values while treating everyone with kindness and leading with empathy. That’s what people remember long after the deal closes.”

MARLIN

DANIEL

ATLANTIC BAY MORTGAGE GROUP

“It may be the hopeful optimist in me, but I truly believe there is a light at the end of every tunnel. And if the road seems blocked, we’ll find another path — or I’ll bring the dynamite!” Daniel Marlin chuckles.

“My clients and business partners know that I’m committed to helping them reach their goals efficiently. No matter the challenge, I focus on finding solutions, creating clarity, and moving forward as simply as possible with persistence and perseverance.”

Give Daniel enough time and he can put just about anyone into a home. After over 15 years in the mortgage industry, he has built a reputation for finding solutions where others see only obstacles.

This June, Daniel began a new chapter as Senior Mortgage Banker with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, bringing his experience and relentless determination to one of the industry’s fastestgrowing lenders. Founded in 1996, Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group now employs more than 800 team members nationwide and operates Kentucky branches in Louisville and Bowling Green.

Unexpected Pivot

If you had asked Daniel about his future while he was attending the University of Louisville to study chemistry and political science, mortgage banking would not have made the list. His original career plan was to attend pharmacy school.

“I was working at Walgreen’s pharmacy when I met my wife in the same department,” Daniel recalls. “After graduation, I decided I would be better suited to go into the retail side of pharmaceuticals instead. However, I needed three years of direct sales experience to go that route.”

MORTGAGES MADE SIMPLE

I don’t give up easily & just move on. THAT’S NOT WHO I AM AS A PERSON.

Much More Than Checking Boxes

Ask Daniel what separates a great loan officer from the rest and his answer has little to do with loan products.

“It’s a phrase I have used for years, ‘I love providing lending peace of mind,’” he shares. “A good loan officer does their due diligence up front, regardless of the company they work for.”

That philosophy played a major role in his recent decision to join Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group.

Daniel was drawn to the company’s focus on simplifying what can often feel like an overwhelming process while providing both clients and industry partners with practical solutions and clear communication for a terrific client experience.

Along those lines, Daniel often compares mortgage lending to dining out. While most lenders offer similar products, he believes the customer experience is what truly sets organizations apart.

helped raise funds for Hope Scarves through community fundraising efforts.

As the mortgage industry continues to evolve, Daniel welcomes the challenge with an adaptable attitude and love of learning. He believes change is inevitable while creating opportunities to ultimately serve clients more effectively. Looking ahead, his goals remain remarkably simple, just like his straightforward approach to the industry he loves.

CONTACT

ends, he sees them as puzzles waiting to be solved.

“I’m a nerd, but I’m a social nerd,” Daniel says with a laugh. “I love to talk to people all day long as an extrovert but I also love to problem solve and exercise critical thinking. Income is the only discretionary and it can always be massaged. I don’t give up easily and just move on. That’s not who I am as a person.”

long after others have stopped looking.

“If you need simple, straightforward answers and someone who can find a path forward, I’m your guy,” he emphasizes. “My cellphone is never more than 10 feet away from me either. We’re an on-demand service, not a 9 to 5 business.”

him to the industry through a family-owned mortgage company, giving Daniel the sales experience he thought he needed before eventually moving on. Instead, he discovered a career that perfectly blended his love of problem-solving with his passion for helping people.

“I ended up loving it, I got to make my own schedule and work with my best friend. Now here I am, over 17 years later!” Daniel marvels.

and inspired by lessons of simplicity, hope, and diligence from his time at Catholic school, he never forgot what it means to earn opportunities through persistence.

“My dad ran a two-person plumbing company,” Daniel elaborates. “I know what it’s like to be knee-deep in sewage digging trenches in the summer. My job is a blessing and I don’t look at it as actual work. I look at it as helping people who are like family.”

“If you have the choice between going to the Waffle House or going to Jeff Ruby’s, which experience are you going to prefer?” he asks.

“We all provide the same products in the mortgage business, but at Atlantic Bay, we do it a different way to provide a raving fan experience.”

The Art Of Not Giving Up

One of Daniel’s favorite parts of the mortgage business is helping borrowers who have been told “no” elsewhere. Rather than viewing challenging files as dead

That determination has earned him multiple Top Producer awards throughout his mortgage career as well as recognition from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville last year. More importantly, it has helped countless families achieve homeownership when they thought it might be out of reach.

“I like to say, ‘I’m not saying no, I’m saying not right now,” Daniel offers. “I know where you are, and I know where you need to get to be. So let’s come up with a plan to get you from A to B.’”

For Realtors, Daniel wants to be known as the person who keeps searching for answers

“I look forward to continuing to grow my business so I can serve more families,” Daniel concludes. “It’s not about volume or closing loans, it’s about putting families in homes. That’s far more rewarding to me than any number. And this organization blesses me to give back to my own family and my community by supporting those that I can when the opportunity arises.”

On the homefront, Daniel and his wife Ashley have been married for nearly 16 years and are raising two amazing children, Alex (13) and Daphne (11), alongside their fiercely loyal Australian cattledog, Max. Whether they’re visiting the Northern Kentucky aquarium, traveling to Florida to hit the beach, attending UofL football games, or catching a live concert when schedules align, family time remains top priority.

Beyond serving clients, Daniel remains active in his church, supports local Boy Scout programs, serves as Grand Knight for Knights of Columbus at St. Gabriel, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, and recently

Petar

At four in the morning, Petar Mandic carried his guitar into his neighborhood clubhouse so he could practice without waking anyone.

He played before work, during lunch, then returned to it at night.

He was 27 and starting from the beginning. A few years later, music was his profession, and he was performing 250 shows a year.

That scene says more than a résumé ever could.

Again and again, Petar followed what felt true, but never blindly. He took the time to understand what it would require, prepared himself for the work, and then committed fully.

“I pay attention to what continues calling me,” Petar explains. “Then I prepare carefully and give everything I have.”

Beneath The Drive Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and raised in Novi Sad, Serbia, Petar grew up in a family shaped by love, loyalty, and sacrifice.

His mother, Zorka, became the family’s center of gravity. She raised two boys, cared for her husband through illness, left teaching to build businesses, and carried the family through war and uncertainty.

“When life gave our family no easy path, my mother kept creating one,” Petar says. “Much of who I am and who I still hope to become comes from watching her.”

JUST THE Beginning Mandic

His father, Jovan, left an equally lasting imprint. Gentle, patient, and kind, he read stories, made art, and watched films with his sons. He taught them to question, imagine, and notice life’s quiet wonders. That influence remains unmistakable in the way Petar sees the world.

Petar’s younger brother, Djordje, knows him better than anyone and remains the person closest to him. More than 5,000 miles have separated them for most of their adult lives, yet the distance has never weakened their bond.

“He is honest, deeply trustworthy, and someone I know is always there,” Petar says. “I admire who he is and I love him more than any distance can measure. His wife, Nina, and their children, Leon and Ena, are at the center of my life. Leon and Ena feel like my own.”

“My family is my anchor,” he shares, “and so much of what I do comes back to them.”

Tennis Widened the Map

By seven, tennis had begun to organize Petar’s life. Six to eight hours a day on the court often replaced birthday parties, school trips, and much of an ordinary childhood. Injuries interrupted his progress. Travel kept him away from home. Competition tested his confidence.

The boy who missed birthday parties became Serbia’s junior national tennis champion. He played professionally and trained at Gary Kessel’s Tennis Academy in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

At 17, Petar left Serbia and the only life he had known. He arrived in the United States speaking little English and without any familiar sense of home. Competitive tennis gave those years purpose but little room to falter. He had to find his voice, navigate a new culture, and learn to stand on his own, far from the family who had always been his center.

“The life I’ve built here has given me extraordinary friendships and opportunities, but even after nearly three decades, I still miss my family every day,” he says. “Some distances never become easier to carry.”

Tennis opened the door to a full scholarship at the University of Iowa, where he competed in NCAA Division I Big Ten tennis while earning a business degree in finance. The separation from home lasted far longer than he had imagined. Nine years passed before he saw his parents again.

After Iowa, consulting took him to Atlanta, and finance brought him to Louisville. Yet music awakened something his professional life had not. Predawn practices, parking-lot sessions, and long nights became a second career, built note by note.

Human Side Of The Business

In late 2016, Petar found a field where preparation, pressure, emotion, judgment, and trust all meet.

Today, he is an associate broker with Semonin Realtors serving commercial and residential clients across Kentucky and Indiana. His finance background and completion of all four core courses toward the Certified Commercial Investment Member, or CCIM, designation inform the financial and strategic perspective he brings to commercial real estate.

Since entering real estate, he has surpassed $100 million in sales volume and participated in more than 400 commercial and residential real estate transactions across Kentucky and Indiana. He has reached Chairman’s Club, Semonin Realtors’ highest production award level, for nine consecutive years. In 2025, he finished fourth companywide in both gross commission income and transactions among more than 500 agents. At the time of this interview, he ranks first at Semonin Realtors in year-to-date production.

The numbers show scale. They do not explain the work ethic.

“A home or commercial property can represent a family’s next chapter, a business owner’s dream, an investor’s risk, a client’s financial future, or a place tied to years of memories,” he points out. “I value being trusted in those moments. I enjoy helping people think clearly when the decision matters.”

Clients describe him as calm and strategic. In negotiations, he thinks several moves ahead, watches how leverage may shift, and knows when to hold his position, pivot, or create another path forward.

“A real estate process can involve fear, family, finances, identity, and the future,” Petar notes. “I strive to show up with as much humanity as possible while remaining professional.”

His business has grown through people willing to place their own reputations behind his name. Many of those relationships have endured well beyond the work that first brought them together, built on the feeling that clients were protected, understood, and genuinely cared for.

colleagues, and mentors who have shaped my journey, and to everyone at Semonin Realtors who has supported my work.”

“Some people change the direction of your life by believing in you, opening a door, making an introduction, or standing beside you when the road bends,” Petar offers. “I am especially grateful to Geno Zale, Kelli E. Brown, Don King, Sharon Landrum, Christopher Redmon, and Eric Hines.”

He adds, “My gratitude reaches far beyond the names that can fit on this page. I am deeply thankful to the clients, friends,

With Client Experience and Operations Manager Masha DeHaan working alongside him, Petar is designing the business’s next chapter around deeper service, greater opportunity for others, and more room to lead and think strategically.

The next step is welcoming a Buyer Client Partner who can grow into a trusted extension of the same standards and care. “The vision is to build a team capable of carrying that care beyond my own reach.”

Petar has never been content with what he already knows.

He reads widely, reflects deeply, and carries what he learns into the way he leads, works, loves, and lives.

His most personal hope remains close to home: spending more time with his family. He also hopes to find the right partner, build a loving family, and grow into the husband and father he wants to be.

Across every part of that future, he tries to return to one principle: do the right thing.

The man who once carried his guitar into a clubhouse before dawn is still willing to begin again. He sees the next chapter as another chance to live more fully, keep growing, and become more of who he is meant to be.

“I feel like I am still at the beginning of what I am building,” he concludes. “Real estate is a great vehicle for the business I am building today, but the larger vision is about leadership, impact, relationships, and creating something that eventually reaches far beyond me.”

All About Louisville Real Producers

Real Producers magazine started in Indianapolis in 2015. The publication has rapidly grown and spread across the nation. We are currently in over 120 different markets!

Please read the details about how our magazine process works. We would LOVE to hear from you regarding who you would like to see featured!

Q: WHO RECEIVES Real Producers MAGAZINES?

A: The top 300 real estate agents in the Louisville area.

Q: WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS MAGAZINE?

A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in Louisville real estate.

We take the top 300 real estate agents and RP-vetted businesses in every market, and we build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, market trends and upcoming events — really, anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.

Q: DOES Real Producers HAVE EVENTS?

A: Yes! We have specific networking events throughout the year. The events include Magazine Socials, Morning Mingles, and other quarterly networking opportunities.

Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BEING FEATURED IN THIS MAGAZINE?

A: It’s really simple. You have to be on the top 300 list, and we take nominations seriously. You can nominate other real estate agents, businesses, brokers, owners or even yourself! Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone brought to our attention who is in the top 300 because we don’t know everyone’s story, so we need your help to learn about them. We cannot guarantee a feature, but we encourage you to meet with one of our team members, support Real Producers and attend our private events to increase your chances.

Q: WHAT DOES IT COST A REAL ESTATE AGENT/ TEAM TO BE FEATURED?

A: It costs NOTHING, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay-to-play model. We share real stories of Real Producers.

Q: WHO ARE THE RP-VETTED BUSINESSES?

A: They are one of the best businesses in Louisville in their category, and you can find them listed in our index! We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Many of the top agents have recommended every single business you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that has not been vetted by one of you and “stamped for approval,” in a sense. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but the best businesses so we can grow stronger together.

Q: HOW CAN I RECOMMEND A BUSINESS?

A: If you want to recommend a business that works with top real estate agents, please email or message us!
