The Distinctive Homes Collection (DHC) by Semonin REALTORS® is designed to elevate luxury listings through sophisticated branding, curated marketing materials, and targeted exposure.

This program reflects the prestige and quality of Kentucky and Indiana’s most exceptional homes, offering sellers an unmatched presentation experience and buyers a refined window into luxury living.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

Residential properties priced at $900,000 and above (vacant land excluded)

Professional photography is required for all featured properties

The marketing department reserves the right to approve all properties to maintain program integrity

The price threshold will be reviewed annually to align with market trends.
