ProSecure TBT gearing is a Police Preferred Specification product and is available with concealed hinges.
The concealed system is profile related and it’s jigless design is simple to install, enabling the sash to open to 100° for ease of fabrication
The system has an anti-blow back feature and carries 130kg sash weight as standard
ProSecure TBT gear has been independently tested to the latest European and British Standards including at IFT Rosenheim to all of the required endurance and corrosion standards The range has also been security tested to PAS24 at Mila’s UKAS accredited test centre, is Secured by Design and is backed with a market-leading 10 year guarantee

Prevents handle operation when in the tilt or turn position and acts as a sash lifter to ensure precise engagement of the sash when closing
