(Seguin) -- Community members are again being invited to honor military personnel, veterans and first responders during the annual Field of Honor display in Seguin. The patriotic fundraiser returns this weekend, and organizers are now selling flag

(Seguin) -- The Christian Cupboard is making an urgent appeal to KWED listeners as the demand continues to rise for food donations. Executive Director Regina Lee says the nonprofit food pantry is seeing the increased need, especially with more children at home during the summer. Although the organization recently
made the decision to leave the San Antonio Food Bank, Lee says the move was made to better meet the needs of local families. “Yes, we broke away from the (San Antonio) food bank. Yes, we realized it was a conscious decision. We’ve talked about that. Donations, pg. 3
