Grand opening events held for Sips-N-Gulps, Johnny Pickles Distillery Darren Dunn
(Seguin) -- Looking for a good place to have a drink or two with friends, family or co-workers? If so, there are more options now available to you in the city of Seguin. Two more nightspots opened their doors over the Labor Day weekend, and folks turned out in a big way to welcome each one to town. Sips & Gulps Wine Bar officially opened its doors on Friday at 501 N. Austin St., next door to the Texas Theater. Then on Saturday, Johnny Pickles Distillery held its grand opening event at its location in the old Seguin fire station, located at 1711 N. Austin St. Both bring something new to Seguin, and they represent the latest investments being made in what has become one of the fastest growing communities in state. Grand opening ceremonies where held for both, with the owners welcoming guest to their newly opened businesses. Fun, pg. 3
