(Seguin) -- All lanes of I-10 near Highway 90 are open again in Seguin. A westbound lane on the interstate was shutdown for hours Sunday to allow TXDOT crews to repair a large hole in the bridge deck over Highway 90. Drivers were reporting that they were able to see right through the hole that was created by the concrete that fell from the outside driving lane. Tanya Brown, the public information officer for TxDOT says the repair work caused traffic delays along I-10 for much of the day. Closure, pg. 3
