(Seguin) -- If you live around or utilize Rudeloff Road as part of your commute, then you might want to learn more about its upcoming improvement project during tonight's public meeting. The city of Seguin is inviting community members to attend today's public meeting regarding the upcoming Rudeloff Road Phase I Improvement Project. The project is slated to kick-off in May 2024.
At the come-and-go meeting, city officials says the public can learn more about the project details and timelines. They say they will also be able to meet the project contractor. City staff members will also be on hand to answer any questions that residents have about the project. The meeting is being held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the City of Seguin Utilities Operation Center. The center is located at 3027 N. Austin Street.

(Seguin) -- A local officer was allegedly forced to shoot and kill a dog that rushed toward him and other officers during a drug arrest at a local home on Thursday. John Flores, Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force Lt., says the incident involving suspects, Michelle Galindo, 45 and Vince Ray Riojas, 29, first began during an attempted traffic stop.
