(Seguin) -Guadalupe Regional Medical Center has announced the launch of its PocketHealth, a patient-driven, no-network image sharing platform that eliminates reliance on CD-ROMs for patients and healthcare providers to access medical imaging and reports. By implementing PocketHealth, GRMC officials say the hospital is further improving access to healthcare for more than 30,000 residents living in Seguin and surrounding communities. “The healthcare industry is transforming to meet the needs of its patients and employees, and we’re thrilled to keep adding to the services GRMC provides to our patients and our highly skilled physicians,” said Jubelee Davis, Executive Director of Imaging Services at Guadalupe Regional
Medical Center. “By incorporating PocketHealth we’re ensuring the health system operates better, faster, and more efficiently and allows us to connect to a patient’s imaging with other healthcare sites, on any network.” GRMC, pg. 3
