6 FOREWORD 8 MESSAGE FROM PAUL 10 INTRODUCTION 22 WE GET RESULTS 62 WE GIVE BACK 78 WE HAVE FUN 98 CLASS OF 25 122 OUR LEGACY 174 OUTRO
FOREWORD As this year comes to a close, I’ve found myself thinking about what makes a business feel like more than a business. Not the numbers, important as they are, but the people behind them. The ones who show up, back each other, and quietly keep the wheels turning when things get busy, messy, or uncertain. That’s what I see whenever I’m with Sedulo. I’ve been lucky enough to experience Sedulo from more than one angle. As someone who’s shared key moments with you at conferences and at the Colour Ball, and also as a client, I get to see the same thing time and time again. This is a Group that cares deeply about standards, relationships, and doing things properly. Ambitious, yes, but always grounded in people. The work you do through the Sedulo Foundation says so much about that. It isn’t charity as an afterthought. It’s a commitment to families, to young people, to dignity, and to opportunity. When a whole organisation chooses to put its energy behind that kind of impact, it creates something powerful, and it brings people together in a way that lasts beyond any single event. If 2025 proved anything, it’s that progress isn’t always neat. Sometimes growth looks like stretching, adapting, learning, and staying connected while you do it. My hope for you as you step into 2026 is that you hold on to the best of what’s already here. Keep the standards high, keep the energy up, and keep looking after each other as you build what comes next. See you at the Colour Ball!
Sally

MESSAGE FROM THE CEO What a year 2025 has been. It hasn’t all gone our own way, but we have stuck in there, and we have come to the close of the year in a very exciting position. It feels for the first time that we have taken one step out of the ‘hustle/ startup’ stage, and we are approaching, the next phase of maturity. Many of the departments that we started to restructure 3 years ago are now performing, and the divisions we have invested in, are also starting to show promise. During the year, more of our competitors became part of the industry consolidation, which just about leaves us as the largest non-consolidator in the UK. It is so important we understand this, it allows us to focus on service, innovation, opportunity creation and sharing in the success. It allows us to stray in our lane and focus on being ‘Best In Class’ within the industry. The end of the year is probably the once or twice a year I tend to reflect on what we have achieved, Christmas gives us all an opportunity to reflect on our own lives:
We got results together A key metric of where we are heading, as a consultancy firm, is the revenue per employee metric. Over the last few years, our revenue per employee, has gone from £65k in 2021, to £81k in 2022 and £85k in 2023. Our original aim when we started the process was to get past £100k and we are closer to £110k in 2025. Salary to revenue is still quite high at 65% (higher than the 50% industry average), which shows the continued investment in the team as we grow. Revenue for the Group, for the year end October 2025 is expected to be £24.5m – an increase of 36% on 2023 figures of £20.6m, an increase of 20%+ which is way above the national average. We set a goal to double in size to 2023, from £15m to £30m and we are on track to do that in 2026. We have already announced plans to open our first international office in Dubai in 2026, and we have recently looked at acquisitions in Edinburgh and Glasgow, to open in Scotland during 2026. It is highly probable both territories will happen in 2026, this will cement our position in the UK and set our intention for international growth. There is currently 225 members of the team, we expect this to increase by 40-50 during 2026, giving us 275 by the end of next year, which creates an abundance of opportunity for internal progression. Our other investments, Perfect Getaways continued to grow and sold almost £30m worth of holidays in 2025, IGD SPORT grew 50% and HMN24 all continued to grow. Be The Standard memberships were up almost 50% throughout the year as we continued to have some of the worlds greatest speakers in our offices.
8
We gave back together Our dedication to doing the right thing, sets us apart from other organisations. It is one of the reasons we are avoiding becoming part of the consolidation to be honest. The Colour Ball was in Liverpool this year and raised another gross of £225,000, netting out at around £100,000 for our Foundation. We have recently started the activation of an organisation wide fund raise so that this year we can raise circa £300,000 for children in poverty. As ever in the summer, we did our ‘Back to School’ campaign, providing 1,000 children with over £25,000 worth of homeschooling equipment and Nando’s/ Archies food vouchers for underprivileged children. Our Xmas toy appeal provided almost 15,000 presents. We have also provided nearly £15,000 of Xmas dinner vouchers for the family to enjoy, not just the morning, but the afternoon together. We continued to provide period product to girls and hygiene products to boys that need it. Every year we add another offering to the children, this year we started our ‘Fresh Starts’ campaign which gives teenagers, who usually only have school uniform as their clothing, the opportunity to purchase their first adult wardrobe – another huge step in giving these kids a chance in life to fulfil their potential. As ever, we contributed to a number of other charities with direct donations throughout the year, not least providing £10,000 of coats to children walking to school in the freezing cold, just recently.
We had fun together This year we have put on almost 200 events as a team, and the aim next year is to continue with this but make each event experience better. We have sponsored, and attended more events than ever before. We attended all sorts of external events with clients, not least our Granada Xmas Party, where 190 people made the trip, our biggest ever. It was by far the most take up, which highlights the team camaraderie that we are building here.
What to expect for 2026? As mentioned, we aim to grow significantly this year, having focused on sustainable organic growth in 2025. We will be opening in Dubai, and we will likely open with an acquisition of at least one city in Scotland, this would see run rate of revenue exceed £30m and would have us firmly in the top 50 size firms in the UK. I would like to thank you all for your hard work, your dedication spirit to face all our challenges in an attempt to be the best, it is appreciated and it will be rewarded. As Jamie Jones-Buchanan keeps telling me, “All Boats rise in a rising tide”. Finally can I wish you and your families all a Happy Christmas and New Year, and I hope you all have a healthy and prosperous 2026! The future looks very bright next year.

Year 3
The Sedulo Forest has continued to thrive over the past year, with the 2,000 saplings planted in late 2023 now standing around six feet tall and forming the foundations of a flourishing young woodland. Early wildlife indicators are already emerging, with voles returning to the area and helping to rebuild a healthy ecosystem that will naturally attract predators and broaden local biodiversity. Since planting, the forest has absorbed an estimated 40 tonnes of CO2 this year alone, and as the trees reach full maturity, the woodland is expected to sequester around 300-400 tonnes CO2 every year, locking away many hundreds of tonnes over its lifetime. What began as a rewilding project is quickly becoming a living, carbon-capturing habitat that will benefit both nature and the community for generations to come. Neil McAdam

A WORD FROM THE MD As we wrap up 2025, I’ve been reflecting on how far we’ve come, not just in size, performance, or footprint, but in the way we work together. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing Sedulo’s evolution first-hand, and what gives me the most confidence about what comes next is simple. It’s our people, and the behaviours we choose every day. Growth is exciting, but it also asks more of us. It asks us to communicate clearly, to collaborate across teams, to stay accountable, and to keep our standards high even when the pace picks up. It asks us to think beyond our own role and operate as one business, aligned, consistent, and focused on doing the right thing. That is what best in class really means in practice. Not perfection and not polish, but professionalism, ownership, and care. In every client interaction, every deadline, every handover, and every conversation handled well. The small things done properly and repeatedly become our reputation. I also want to champion how we treat each other. As Sedulo grows, culture doesn’t carry on by accident. It’s protected by what we tolerate and what we encourage. Kindness, humility, honesty, resilience, and a genuine willingness to help others succeed aren’t soft values. They’re the foundations of high performance. I’ve seen what this team can do when we’re aligned. When we pull in the same direction, share knowledge, celebrate wins properly, and respond to challenges with solutions rather than noise. That’s why I’m confident about 2026. Not because it will be easy, but because we’ve already proven we can grow while keeping our identity intact, and we’re getting better at it every year. Thank you for everything you’ve put into 2025, your effort, commitment, and the standard you’ve set. Enjoy time with your families, rest well, and come into the New Year proud of what you’ve helped build and ready for what’s next.
