Kyrie eleison.
Christe eleison. Kyrie eleison.
Lord, have mercy. Christ, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.

They can be such giants in our lives, God of Grace. Each day, our fears, our doubts, our worries wash over us, until we come to believe that you do not care for us. There seems to be so much wrong in the world, we are convinced that there is nothing good we can do. The storms of sin and fear batter at us, and we cower, unable to find the faith to withstand them.
Forgive us, God of Hope.
Remind us that if we but open our hearts, you will heal us. If we but listen to your words, we will hear peace and joy. If we but open our lives to you, we can go forth to serve our sisters and brothers, even as we have been served by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. (Silent Prayer)

The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.
Ushers will extend an invitation to receive communion by pew.

Qui tollis peccata mundi, miserere nobis.
Qui tollis peccata mundi, suscipe deprecationem nostram.
Qui sedes ad dexteram Patris, miserere nobis.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi: miserere nobis.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi: miserere nobis.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi: [dona nobis pacem.]
You take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us; You take away the sins of the world, receive our prayer.
You are seated at the right hand of the Father, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, who takest away the sins of the world, have mercy upon us.
Lamb of God, who takest away the sins of the world, have mercy upon us.
Lamb of God, who takest away the sins of the world, [grant us peace.]
Amen!
Prayer after the Meal
How the raging storm roars through the treetops! The rafters rattle, the house shudders! The thunder rolls, the lightning flashes, and the night is as dark as the grave.
So be it, not long ago a storm still raged in me. My life roared like the storm now, my limbs trembled like the house now, love flashed like the lightning now, and my heart was as dark as the grave.
Now rage, wild, mighty storm; in my heart is peace, in my heart is calm. The loving bride awaits the bridegroom, purified in the testing flames, betrothed to eternal love.
I wait, my Saviour, with longing gaze! Come, heavenly bridegroom, take your bride. Free the soul from earthly bonds. Listen, the bell sounds peacefully from the tower! Its sweet pealing invites me all-powerfully to eternal heights.
Amen!
Offertory Gloria

Laudamus te. Benedicimus te. Adoramus te. Glorificamus te. Gratias agimus tibi propter magnam gloriam tuam.
Glory be to God on high, and on earth peace to all those of good will.
We praise thee. We bless thee. We worship thee. We glorify thee. We give thanks to thee according to thy great glory.
