INFORMATION ABOUT THIS NEWSLETTER
This Sea Organization newsletter is rarely published. It is usually published only one time per year to outline the evolution over the past year and to set the guidance for the long-term future. Occasionally, there may be additional issues if there are groundbreaking developments, major changes or even some kind of celebration.
A Dying Society
After having signed my own 1 billion years religious Sea Organization contract at a law firm near KAROLINEN in Karlstad, Sweden, I see an increasingly failed state in Sweden.
I am here in Sweden as a COMPETENT SEA ORGANIZATION MEMBER to audit out the 4th dynamic engram. If this means to go Clear also in Sweden, then it is still a very long way to go, because the external enviornment’s tone-level is at best 2.0 antagonism. Sweden is no longer a successful nation. Perhaps the idea that Sweden ever was a success story is false data. There is really nothing else to celebrate in Sweden than still being alive, but well, to be alive is in itself the sucess of Dianetics and Scientology.
When looking at the rest of Europe and the world, things actually also look grim. The war in Ukraine highlights fundamental problems in the European Union structure. It is a flawed idea that EU can stand up for peace by one-sided supporting Ukraine, and it is questionable if EU can remain a peaceful power after EU have stolen funds from Russia to support Ukraine’s war against Russia. EU is increasingly synonymous with NATO, instead of being associated with its founding principles
from neutrality in the Vatican City after World War II. EU clearly shows a lack of long-term consistency, and this problem has intensified after the EU-constitution failures. Today, EU is a huge ship without any leadership to set the direction for the future.
While politicians come and go, only religious scriptures remain unchanged texts of real wisdom. The winds of change areblowingharderthanevertoday, butthe direction of change is negative and destructive. It is not any positive and constructive action. It is with sadness I myself have observed many great leaders of high talent just disappearing from society into silent retirement. They all workedso hardtobuildupthings, andthen they suddenly disappeared – often in hiding never to be seen again. A new generation took over with “new ideas” instead of learning established wisdom. Most of the “new ideas” will probably be viewed as pure nonsense in the history books of the future, but worse it could continue to suppress myself and the society to even lower tone-levels of anger, hate and covert hostility in a communism for everyone.
Do Something
When all feels lost, and all that could have been is so destroyed that not even dreams stay alive, the wrong thing is to do nothing, i.e.therightthing istodosomethingabout it. However, what can be done to a dying society? The only solution to a dying society is ethics. “A person is not going to come alive, this society is not going to survive, unlessEthics Tech isgottenhold of and applied.” (L. Ron Hubbard, 1968). The above quote sounds magic, but it also seems like an impossible mission to this failed state and dying society. We are
talking about fragile and failed people here in Sweden. In the past, you hit them and they fight back harder than the devil from hell. These days, you hit them, and they collapse. They got no strength anymore. To be wrong means to die, and that’s where people are these days. The only way out of this rotten failure is to really do get hold of Ethics Tech and apply Ethics. That is easier said than done, and therefore, I hope next year to complete my PhD International Relations to get Ethics in on this planet and universe.
Living in Communism
What is life in communism? I never really knew, and I never really understood. However, I always imagined it is a bad life. The matter was investigated 2009-2012 in Berlin. On a few occasions, I visited the communist East Berlin to see with my own eyes “what is communism?” To begin with, communism is elusive and for example the architecture has similarities in both Eastand West Berlin. Also, people look similar in East- and West Berlin. After all, there is no Berlin Wall, so it is natural that both sides have many similarities these days. The supermarket retail chain LiDL has shops in both East- and West Berlin. However, LiDL in East Berlin sometimes offer different products compared to West Berlin. It was striking how the ideology difference between communism, and capitalist freedom could be observed in LiDL. The desire for a democratic dictatorship wasstronginEastBerlin, while the urge towards individual freedom of choice was obvious in West Berlin. For example,LiDLinEastBerlinsoldlarge5liter beer containers so that everyone could get the same type of beer at an East Berlin party. In West Berlin, smaller bottles of
beer were sold instead for more individual choice. While everyone were forced to all drinkHeinikenbeeratapartyinEastBerlin, people had the freedom of choice to buy a Heiniken or Becks beer bottle in West Berlin, or Coka Cola, milk or organge juice. The last one makes it hard to be a Scientologist in alcoholic communism, because everyone must drink Heiniken beer and nobody gets the orange juice at communist parties.
Communism is dangerous and violent, which means that East Berlin feels like a dangerous environment of death and murder.Itmightfeelmoredangerousthese days than what it really is. However, an emotional feeling is rarely wrong assessment. Consequently, it is necessary to watch out and be ready for a violent fight in East Berlin. NATO’s presence in East Berlin had an overall calming effect, and NATO had opened up to some degrees of freedom even in East Berlin by 2010. What was little mentioned when the Berlin Wall fell down 1989 was that East Germany actually joined NATO in year 1990 as a part of the German reunification. That was a
part of the Cold War enlargement of NATO, which continued into the post-Cold War enlargement of NATO.
During the 60 years NATO celebrations 1959-2009 “securing our future” in East Berlin, it was some overwhelmingly strong Brussels emotions in East Berlin. In those days, NATO even had an office in Moscow in Russia. Things have changed since then, and Russia became more assertive to defend itself against the NATO expansion.
However, the real communist threat at strategic level in Berlin did not originate from Russia. Instead, it was communist China that was the real threat against USA. While Russia today is a weak economic power, China is a new economic and military super-power for the future.
When walking around the beautiful beaches in East Berlin, I discovered that nudism is also popular in East Berlin. Grilling on the beach is possible, but on public grills instead of small private grills. Three metal tubes make up the East Berlin style of public grill, which is shaped into a triangle form, as illustrated in the photo below:

While the triangles in West Berlin became as Clear as the Scientology logo, the triangles in East Berlin remained in a state of confusion and disorder. There was no coherent strategy between East- and West Berlin – not even within the NATO alliance. Onthe contrary,NATO turned out tobethe most diverse kind of alliance possible, i.e. the scope for disagreements within NATO are tremendous. The overall outlook for Europe is negative on both sides. Goldman Sachs predicts that consumers will substitute European exports with cheaper export products from China, which results in declining GDP in major European economies including Germany, France, Spain and Italy. On the political side, the
Trump administration has accused Europe for civilizational decline through massmigration.Life inEastBerlin isaworkerlife, but it is also a low-tone life. Communication is cut down, agreements are non-existing and affinity is gone. Social interaction becomes a very lonely affair in communism, but it can also be antagonistic, full of hate and there is a chronic covert hostility which brings the feeling of a dangerous environment everywhere.
Black Sail
The main project for AD 76 is to complete my PhD Internaitional Relations. This project will hopefully finalize the understandingofwhat isScientologyethics for the Sea Org. The main purpose of the SeaOrgistogetethicsin onthisplanetend universe. However, it is far from obvious what ethics is, and how to implement it. Basic definitions of ethics, however, include to maximize life potential along all survival dynamics, i.e. to increase it all on the Tone-Scale. That is easier said than done, because the political Tone-Scale makes the environment, nations, even civilizations and the entire planet Earth a very low-tone affair. Still, one can work on oneself and one’s group to improve ethics.

Black Sail is a new leadership, which was created by The Sisters of Mercy, and it assigns this new leadership to a Captain. I myself am the provisional Captain (P) until my PhD International Relations thesis hopefully can act as the new leadership so thatIcanbecomethenewcaptainonboard the Black Sail ship. Black Sail seems to be a
pirate ship. However, Scientology stands for evolution and no revolution. Black Sail is just to be in compliance with the already well established Star General leadership at General Lucius D. Clay level in West Berlin. However, that is impossible toachievewith communists onboard, so they were many and we are few on Black Sail.
The Sisters of Mercy Black Sail
And in a gap between the stars
There is no captain till you do
We threw a line; we did not deep it They were many, we are few
I keep my fireworks on the bridge Hurl the crew from side to side
Unfurl the sail, the world is wide They were many, we are few
Heave away, heave away, boys
That's what you do
Heave away, heave away, boys They were many, we arе few
