Throughout our Beach Retreat Wellness Series, the community gathered for balance and presence, from candlelit sound baths to restorative movement and moments of stillness. As the final notes fade and the room settles into quiet this Saturday, we know that wellness is a rhythm of feelings shaped by intention, care, and shared experiences.
As we turn the page to February, that rhythm continues with fresh energy and new ways to gather. The coming weeks bring opportunities to stay connected, inspired, and engaged through clam digs, Valentine’s Day week, and Presidents Day 3-day weekend.
