Just north of the Fernwood neighborhood, Seabrook and Schultz Regenerative Farm are celebrating their first harvest >> a milestone born from vision, teamwork, and community spirit. In just over a year, the Schultz Farm team transformed open land into a living, breathing ecosystem rooted in regenerative farming. Compost donated by residents and local businesses now nourishes the soil, and water drawn 115 feet below the surface sustains rows of vibrant, organic produce. The high tunnel greenhouse stretches the growing season and symbolizes Seabrook’s commitment to local, sustainable food systems that restore the land and feed the community. Friday, October 31, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, EVERYONE is invited to stop by outside the Guest Services Lobby at Seabrook Vacation Rentals to celebrate the harvest and sample the farm’s bounty. Along with founding CSA members picking up their samplers, you can taste homemade paradise apple hand pies, and meet Jane – the farm’s friendly goat ambassador. The event is a heartfelt thank-you to the community that helped nurture this dream. Come see what’s growing and get a taste of the regenerative future sprouting right here in Seabrook.
