Twenty-one years ago, on July 22, 2004, the small Seabrook Team broke ground on these magnificent lands. The team included Casey and Laura Roloff, the founders. There’s so much more to this story, but their mission ever since has been to create an authentic beach town where memories and traditions are cherished by family and friends for generations to come. Join us for fun and festivities with snacks and refreshments, races and tosses, a bouncy house, and live music Saturday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Meadowview Park. Right afterwards, head over to Fernwood Station Park from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM to check out all of the new outdoor activities, along with select open houses throughout Fernwood Station. This town was founded on the collective vision of bringing sustainable beauty with purpose and New Urbanism design principles to the Washington Coast. Come celebrate!
