LOV E T H E O U T D O O R S ? JOIN US FOR VOLUNTEER AMBASSADOR TRAINING WITH CIC
Are you passionate about nature, community, and coastal stewardship? The Coastal Interpretive Center (CIC) invites you to become a Volunteer Ambassador! Join us on Saturday, May 10, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Seabrook’s East Main Meeting Room (above Frontager’s Bar) for an engaging orientation session. This training will introduce you to CIC’s outreach work and prepare you to represent their mission in the community—educating visitors about local ecosystems, sharing stewardship tips, and helping people connect more deeply with the natural world. The Coastal Interpretive Center, based in Ocean Shores, is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the natural and cultural history of Grays Harbor County. Through education, stewardship, and community programs, CIC helps both residents and visitors care for the places they love. As a Volunteer Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in this mission by spending a few hours each month at outdoor access points, sparking conversations and inspiring action. Come learn how you can make an impact! Scan the QR code to sign up today.
