Sip, Savor And Support The Wild: DO At The Zoo Dazzled As Palm Beach Zoo’s Signature Culinary Event Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society supporters celebrated with world-class cuisine, signature cocktails and a shared commitment to wildlife. The Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society’s highly anticipated DO at the Zoo happened on Thursday, Nov. 13 and was the Palm Beaches’ wildest culinary event. Elizabeth Safro, Robyn Tannenbaum Margo McKnight and Michele and Carla Taylor served as Kessler chairs and Ruth Baum and Dr. Dan Comerford were honorary chairs of this recordbreaking wildlife-saving evening. More than 450 Palm Beach Zoo enthusiasts, wildlife philanthropists, community leaders and epicureans sipped, savored and strolled through this annual al fresco gathering. Celebrated at the zoo under the stars, DO at the Zoo was a wild night of community, connection and meaningful impact. Dressed in “Stay Wild” attire, guests enjoyed interacting with some of the zoo’s most fascinating and popular residents, always a unique experience at every zoo special event.

Evening highlights included pop-up encounters with Priscilla, the zoo’s charismatic African crested porcupine; Hoffman’s two-toed sloth, Fern; Sammy, the blue and gold macaw; great horned owl, Hino; Pinecone, the Florida pine snake; and more. Florida panther, Sassy; North American river otters, Luna and Ollie; and the zoo’s tiger trio – Api, Kadar and Olan – connected with eventgoers through unforgettable up-close experiences. Volunteer Mind, Music, Movement Foundation To Host “Cookies ‘N’ Crème” Luncheon Opportunities Now Open For 2026 The Mind, Music, & Movement Foundation for Neurological Disorders (M3F) will bring together two powerhouse women for its “Cookies ‘N’ Crème” fundraising luncheon on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens. Guests will hear an inspiring, unscripted conversation between Lynne Greene, former Global Group president of The Estée Beth and Steve Elgort Lauder Companies, and Kathleen King, founder of Tate’s Bake Shop. Both women rose to the top of their industries by navigating setbacks with resilience, reinvention, and a commitment to their values.

Greene is widely regarded as a pioneer in the beauty industry, having led global brands including Clinique, Origins, and Aveda. The ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival, presented by Tampa General Hospital, is gearing up for its spectacular 41st anniversary in 2026, and the countdown begins now with volunteer registration officially open. More than 600 volunteers power this award-winning celebration each year—and this is your chance to be part of the fun! Volunteers ages 13 and up can sign up today at www.artigras.org. “Volunteers are the heartbeat of ArtiGras! They make the entire experience unforgettable for artists and visitors alike,” said Noel Martinez, president and CEO of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. “We can’t wait to welcome our 2026 volunteer team and bring even more excitement to Gardens North County District Park.” From hands-on roles in the ArtiKids Zone, Sysco Chef Showcase in partnership with Flavor South Florida and the Palm Beach North Education Foundation Youth Art Competition to behind-the-scenes action with artists relations, site operations, merchandise, and more—there’s a spot for everyone to shine.
