JUNE 2026
From The Manager Welcome Summer — Stay Safe, Stay Connected, Stay Informed, and Enjoy the Season By April Narine, LCAM General Manager As we welcome the month of June, summer is officially here, bringing longer days, warmer weather, and more opportunities to enjoy our beautiful community. Whether you are spending time at the pool, walking the neighborhood, or traveling with family and friends, we hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable start to the season. June also marks the beginning of hurricane season in Florida, which runs from June 1 through November 30. While we all hope for a quiet season, preparation is one of the best
ways to protect your family, pets, home, and community and we must stay vigilant and prepare. Residents are encouraged to review their hurricane plans, check emergency supplies, and stay informed throughout the season. Hurricanes can form quickly, and being proactive is key to protecting ourselves, our families, our pets, and our property.
Helpful hurricane preparedness reminders include: 1. Make sure you have all important contact numbers— local officials, family members, and your HOA board—saved and up-to-date. 2. Ensure your contact information is updated with the Association management office so you can receive community updates and emergency notices. 3. Monitor local weather reports and follow guidance froom local authorities. Make sure to have a reliable method to receive alerts. 4. Assemble or check your emergency supply kit. Ensure it includes water, non-perishable food, medications, flashlights, batteries, important documents, and other essentials.

Director Of Security June Reminders for Boca Pointe Residents By Ebenson Bristol As June rolls in, the days get brighter, the community gets livelier, and it’s a great moment to share a few reminders that help Boca Pointe run at its best.
June Home Maintenance Tips With the warmer weather settling in, it’s a perfect moment to give your home a quick seasonal checkup. Swap out or clean your A/C filters, check your irrigation system for leaks or misaligned heads, and make sure your pool area is safe and secure for family and guests. A little prep now goes a long way toward a comfortable, stress free summer.
Wildlife Awareness As the season gets busier, you may notice more wildlife around our lakes and walking paths. Please avoid feeding any animals, and keep pets leashed, especially near the water to help keep both our residents and local wildlife safe.
5. Secure all outdoor items, reinforce windows and doors, make sure shutters are ready, and ensure your property is ready to withstand strong winds for when severe weather is expected. 6. Familiarize yourself with local evacuation routes and shelters. If you have pets, plan how they will be cared for as well. Remember, a little preparation now can make all the difference when the storm hits. Stay informed, stay safe, and let’s work together as a community. Your safety is our top priority. Let’s work together to stay safe this hurricane season. Also, as more residents and guests enjoy the outdoors during the summer months, we also ask everyone to help keep our community safe and pleasant for all by following community rules and being courteous to neighbors. Our community continues to thrive because of the cooperation and involvement of our residents. Thank you for doing your part to help maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. We wish all residents a wonderful June and a safe summer season ahead! ¢
Community Speed Limits With more neighbors walking, jogging, and biking, safe driving is essential. Please observe posted speed limits throughout the community: • 30 mph on Boca Pointe Drive • 25 mph on Via De Sonrisa Del Norte • 20 mph on Promenade Drive Speeding fines are strictly enforced.
Property & Landscaping Care June’s warm weather makes everything grow fast, sometimes a little too fast. Hedges can spill into walkways, and standing water can invite mosquitoes. A quick trim, a clear path, and removing any standing water help keep the neighborhood looking great.
Hurricane Season Safety As we move further into hurricane season, it’s a good time to look out for one another. Make sure your emergency supplies are stocked, review your family’s plan, and secure anything outside that could blow around in strong winds. Most importantly, stay connected. Check in on neighbors, especially those who may need a little extra help. A bit of preparation and community care goes a long way toward keeping everyone safe at Boca Pointe. Wishing every Boca Pointe resident a safe and enjoyable summer. ¢
